Returns and Refunds

At KATIT, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Whatever problems you have, we are here to help and will always look for a solution that is satisfactory to everyone.

All of our products go through quality control process before they are shipped to ensure that you receive the highest quality clothes. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will take responsibility and offer you a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.

If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, contact us at our email katit.store@gmail.com we will be at your service and we will answer all your requests in less than 24 hours.


Our return policy is 15 days, so if more than 15 days have passed from the date of receipt of the item unfortunately we will not be able to offer any refund or exchange.

  1. Free Returns: We offer free returns to most countries. You can check if your country is eligible for free returns by contacting us before placing your order.
  2. Buyer Responsibility: If your country isn't eligible for free returns, you're responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Additionally, any customs duties and taxes incurred during the return or shipping process are also responsibility of the client.
  3. Multiple Item Returns: If you order multiple items and decide to return all of them, a fee may be deducted from your total refund to cover the costs associated with processing your specific order.

Please keep in mind that we are a small business when placing an order. It is important to order responsibly to avoid unnecessary extra costs.

1. General rules of using the Reserved online shop

1.1. The online shop may be used only by persons who are at least 18 years old.

1.2. Anyone under 18 may use the online shop only with the consent of their parents or legal guardians.

1.3. Anyone who registers and shops in the online shop gives their personal data and agrees to their processing by LPP on the terms as defined in the Privacy Policy .

1.4. To confirm the correctness of the data given during the registration in the online shop, the Customer receives an e-mail with a request to confirm their data.

2. Order placement

2.1. Orders are accepted through www.katit.store.

2.2. The products in the online shop are specifically marked. The website includes information about the features of the products, their prices, materials of which they are made

2.3. While ordering a product, the Customer selects it in a manner specific for that product, defining in particular its size, colour, and, if necessary, providing other specific information and the quantity of the ordered products.

3. Availability of the ordered products

3.1. All the products offered in the online shop are in stock.

3.2. In special cases, e.g. if many Customers order the same product simultaneously, the product may not be available. If this is the case, the Customer will be informed that the order cannot be processed.

You must describe the problem you have had with the order (size, damaged product...) and tell us your name and order number.

Our solutions:

  1. Responsibility of KATIT

    • If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or exchange.
    • Upon receipt of the item, we will either fully refund the original price of the product or send you a free replacement product at no additional cost. This solution is only applicable when KATIT is responsible for shipping the incorrect item or size.
  2. Responsibility of the client

    • Incorrect order (item size):

      If the customer has ordered an incorrect item or size, we may also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs in both directions (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. No shipping costs are refundable.

    • Unwanted item:

      If you decide that you no longer want the item or simply want to exchange it, you can inform us within 15 days from the date of receipt of the product. In this case the product must be sent back to our warehouse. Once we receive the product and check that it is in good condition we will proceed to make the refund.

    • Order Cancellation Policy:

      If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to process your cancellation. However, if the order has already been processed for shipping, please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

    • Refund:

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return.

      If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take up to 10 business days.

*All returned items must be in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed and must retain all original tags and packaging.
